Christopher Blackmore and David Hoskin are Scarehand Productions.

With more than two decades of creating immersive theatre experiences, working with some of the top entertainment companies across the UK, Christopher and David formed Scarehand Productions to bring their own personal vision of horror entertainment to you.

Born from a love of immersive theatre and all things horror, Scarehand Productions is dedicated to the pursuit of creating boundary pushing Halloween experiences soaked in atmosphere and scares. Our vision is to bring together innovative design, unorthodox storytelling and the most exceptional performers from across the UK, to create spooky experiences that are unlike any other.

In addition to our captivating horror attractions we also offer workshops that focus on developing the skills for aspiring immersive performers and scare actors. Our training and mentoring ensures that performers are developing their craft in a dynamic and professional means.

Dare to Scare - Enter the Terrorverse (Immersive workshop 2023) - Performer/facilitator, writer, director. First of its kind immersive workshop that taught scare performance technique; whilst immersing participants in a world/narrative that focused around exploring the Terrorverse - a multiverse dedicated to horror entities.

Scream Bay (Scare attractions 2022) - Experience designer, performer (in collaboration with R Space Productions). Delivered two experiences based on brief: Family friendly scare maze and a traditional scare maze.

Stop It. (Immersive theatre 2021) - Producer, performer, writer, director. A meta immersive horror show that the audience had to put a stop to. 4 day run at London Horror Festival, London.

The Laze (audio theatre 2021) - Narrator, writer. A short audio body horror tale about laziness. 1 day run at CAST, Doncaster.

Parklife (Table top boardgame 2020) - Writer. A game about public spaces. Made under the mentorship of Coney. Made for Virtual Collaborators festival, London.

Narcotic Ring (Game theatre 2020) - Performer, writer, director. An interactive live point-and-click show where audiences controlled the actions of an agent trying to uncover the mysterious behind a supernatural drug. 2 day run for Digitally Charged festival, London.

Deathcell (Extreme horror experience 2018) - Performer, writer. An extreme horror maze with escape room elements about a twisted prison where anyone can be nomintated to be sent there. 5 day run at The Old Joinery, London. Winner of “best out of season attraction” - ScareCON Awards 2019.

Monopoly Lifesized (Immersive theatre 2022) Performer, R&D, game creation. An immersive, physical version of the world’s favourite family game brand.
